Marla Ballard

Empowerment Networking Leader-St. Mary’s County

Marla Ford Ballard came into the training, consulting and personal development world in an interesting way.  As kid from Kentucky with a degree in Equine Science, Marla worked for a number of years as the business manager and controller for a thoroughbred racehorse farm.  After her husband Chris was injured while fighting in Iraq, she built both a multi-million dollar recruiting and sales business in the Wellness industry and simultaneously founded what is now considered one of the most successful business networking groups in Northern Virginia with its 35 members passing a little over $3 million worth of referral business in 2017 alone.

At the end of 2017, Marla has launched a speaking, training and consulting company, and within a month contracted her first year-round consulting client in the racehorse industry and is developing the first in a series of global Oneness conferences and personal development training launching in Kauai, Hawaii in May of 2018.

Marla has served on the boards of several non-profits and helped those and many other businesses in start-up.  The Dream Queen Foundation is very close to her heart because she has experienced first-hand many personal challenges along her journey and believes deeply in work that can empower others to their own greatness.
